The Course This practical and intensive course provides participants with tools designed to help them to become effective coaches.

To successfully pass this course, participants will need to meet the number of study hours required, and:
 Complete 25 hours of logged coaching practice
 Complete coaching reflective journals for their 20 logged coaching hours
 Complete daily course reflective journals
 Complete a 1,500 word essay on their approach to coaching
 Pass a live coaching assessment



Upon successful completion of the course and assessment, participants will be awarded a certificate as a coach, certified in Professional Coaching Skills and an Association for Coaching (AC) Accredited Certificate in Coach Training (ACCT).
