Duration: The program has 3 modules
in total 7 days classroom training and 2 skype follow up calls
Completion of the 3 modules is spreaded over 3 months.

This course is accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC) as an Accredited Certificate in Coach Training (ACCT) and is endorsed by the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM).

The Course This practical and intensive course provides participants with tools designed to help them to become effective coaches.

We believe integrating some of the tools of NLP into structured coach training can be the “difference that makes the difference” between good coaches and great coaches. This course carries AC accreditation.

The course covers competencies, such as:
Ethical guidelines and professional standards
Establishing Rapport with the client

To successfully pass this course, participants will need to meet the number of study hours required, and:
Complete 25 hours of logged coaching practice
Complete coaching reflective journals for their 20 logged coaching hours
Complete daily course reflective journals
Complete a 1,500 word essay on their approach to coaching
Pass a live coaching assessment
Certification and ILM Membership
Upon successful completion of the course and assessment, participants will be awarded a certificate as a coach, certified in Professional Coaching Skills and an Association for Coaching (AC) Accredited Certificate in Coach Training (ACCT). Successful graduates will also be eligible to receive an ILM Endorsed Program certificate in Professional Coaching Skills Training.
Delegates successfully completing this course will be eligible to receive a 12-month student membership of the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM) and have access to online ILM e-learning resources during their membership.
