Lead Trainer: The lead trainer on this course is Steve Payne.
Steve is a certified Master Trainer of NLP and was certified as an NLP Classic Code and New Code trainer by NLP co-creator, John Grinder. He also trained with the NLP University at the birthplace of NLP , the University of California, Santa Cruz. Over the years, Steve has worked with some of the key creators and developers of NLP and brings much of that knowledge and insight to the NLP Practitioner course.
Steve’s background also includes many years working as a professional actor. He spent three years studying at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. Many of the skills an actor uses mirror the key skills of NLP and bringing some of the techniques from that background makes the NLP tools even more accessible. Steve also has an extensive international business background.
